Wonderful Condo!

My wife and I have been leasing this unit, during the month of January, for the last five years (not counting COVID). This unit is always well maintained. Any issues have been handled promptly by the maintenance department. The view from this seventh-floor unit is awesome! We love the sunsets! Family who have joined us, rave about our home away from home! The area is very safe, quiet and we appreciate the gated community. Our owners have been very accommodating when we need to arrive early. We will be returning for as long as we can! Sandy Key is the best!
