Sandy Key Condominiums is located on the barrier island of Perdido Key, Florida, away from traffic, in a quiet and secluded area adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore.
Sandy Key offers fantastic amenities for your enjoyment: 2 swimming pools (one heated in the winter), hot tub, lighted tennis courts, fitness center, outdoor grilling areas, trash chute on each floor, and two elevators in every building. A gated community, we have 800 feet of beach front, lushly landscaped grounds, pristine white sugar-sand beaches, beautiful beach dunes, and emerald green waters.
Who knows, you may be lucky enough to spot dolphins frolicking in the surf (we have several families) or a Navy Blue Angel fly by (they traditionally fly practice performances along the coast most weeks on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, March through November).
Sandy Key’s beaches are forever protected by the neighboring National Seashore Preserve, so if you prefer your walks on the beach solely in the company of seagulls, blue herons, and seashells, then Sandy Key Condominiums is the place for you.
Boating, kayaking, fishing, and biking are just a few of the activities the area has to offer. Moments away are some of the best restaurants serving local fare and live music. Close by is the Naval Air Museum, home to the Blue Angels, the Navy’s flight demonstration team.
