How are the condo units numbered?
Units are identified by floor, tower, and unit number. For example, a unit number would indicate exactly which level and building your rental is located in.
What are the minimum stay requirements?
From Memorial Day through August 15th, we require a Saturday-to-Saturday weekly stay. During all other times of the year, there is a 3-night minimum.
Where is the on-site office located?
The office is located in Tower 1, directly across from the tennis and pickleball courts.
How many floors are in the Sandy Key buildings?
Each of our beachfront towers has 8 floors, offering a variety of vantage points of the Gulf.
Where can I find the fitness center?
The fitness center is located on the ground floor of Tower 3.
How many parking passes are allowed per stay?
Each reservation includes a maximum of two parking passes.
What is the policy for parking trailers?
To ensure space for all guests, all trailers must be parked outside of the gated parking area in the designated parallel parking spots.
Are wristbands required on the property?
Yes, for the security and exclusivity of our amenities, wristbands must be worn at all times when visiting the pools or the beach.
Where are the beach boardwalks located?
We offer two convenient ways to access the sand:
- Stair Cross-over: Located between Tower 1 and Tower 2.
- Ramp Cross-over (ADA Accessible): Located between Tower 2 and Tower 3.
