Awesome Experience

This is our second year at Sandy Key. The staff and other tenants have been awesome! We really appreciate how prompt the staff is in addressing any concerns we had. Our unit had some HVAC issues. After reporting the issue to the office, Perdido Heating and Cooling was at our condo within 24 hours and had them fixed immediately. Another time we had a toilet that was stopped up and the condo maintenance had it fixed within the hour of it being reported. We really appreciate how well the grounds around the buildings are maintained. One worker is assigned to blow off the grounds each morning. After a very windy storm we asked if he could blow off our patio. It was done the very next morning. Sandy Key has been an great place to spend January and February!
