We had a great stay for our fall break! Our family of four plus grandma had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other at the same time. Absolutely loved being beach front and starting mornings on the patio and evenings watching the sunset. Our kids are old enough we could keep an eye on them at the beach and along the shoreline while we started our mornings slower or came up to get dinner ready. We found all of the amenities of the condo to be in great condition and easily accessible, plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, and basic spices to help with meals. The beds were all comfortable and plenty of furniture for everyone to have a spot to relax in the living space. It was our kids first trip to the beach and ocean so we did not use the pools often but they were kept at a comfortable temperature with plenty of lounging space for all. Our other favorite part of this location is the complex is relatively private, just a couple other complexes east and then the protected National Seashore which limited foot traffic on the beach during the day and when crabbing at night. The kids could play soccer and football or just dig and build in the sand without infringing on anyones space (this was October) and we never sat up our chairs with anyone between us and the ocean! If you want a relaxing beach vacation with the family this is your spot. Owner was very responsive when we sought clarification on a few technology questions. (Adding- We had a family member with mobility challenges and found the elevator to run quick enough to not delay coming and going, master bath has just a small step in, floors easy to walk on and the “rug” on the beach allowed for access with minimal assist.)
