Very nice

This is our 4th time staying at Sandy Key, 1st time in this rental. Pros: We love the location and the smaller, low rise condos which usually tends to have more beach space. Unit was very nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. It had all we needed. Cons: one elevator was down most of the week, and we could hear the elevator inside our condo. Due to high tides/surf the beginning of our week, a large area of the beach was covered by water and held water for several days. It didn’t leave much space for the beach chairs. They were pushed to the far back of the beach. Probably would not opt for the beach service again. They seem to put up the chairs and umbrellas later than other condos, and many families set up earlier than the service, which lead to the paid service being set up behind others. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would choose this unit again.
