In addition to a spectacular view of the Gulf and easy access to the private patio, the living room also has a comfy sofa, an over-sized chair, and recliner. For additional entertainment, there is a 65" Smart TV also. This unit is perfect for those that want the convenience of the beach and pool just steps from your back door. No stairs or elevators, ever, and an easy view of your crew from the shaded patio. All units include cable, WIFI, and full size washer and dryer. The property offers 800 feet of private beach, 2 pools, hot tub, full size tennis court, fitness center, grill and picnic areas, and private parking in the gated community. No smoking or pets allowed.

"It's been several years since we visited Sandy Key. The propery was just as beautiful as I remembered. The grounds were superbly maintained and Unit 136 was a perfect fit for us. Being on the first floor was so convenient to the beautiful beach and the outstanding complex amenities. The condo was clean, comfy and well appointed. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

"Happy to visit Sandy Key and unit #136 again. It was even better than I remembered and perfect for our party of 6. This unit is so convenient to parking, pool and beach and equally convenient to off site restaurants, grocery and shopping. Love getting to enjoy a week of paradise here. Always a Pleasant Stay

"We’ve Stayed at Sandy Key around a dozen times times now. It’s always been a pleasant experience and we’ve never had any issues with the units we’ve stayed in. They’re always well furnished with everything we’ve needed. Being able to do laundry in your unit, especially with wet bathing suits and towels, is an absolute bonus! Love the location, the laid back vibe and fact that it isn’t overwhelmingly touristy. If the beach isn’t your favorite place, there’s still an endless amount of places to see and things to do within just a few miles. It’s great for couples or large extended family getaways. Everyone we’ve encountered has been incredibly friendly and we’ve met several people who we’ve actually become friends with. We’ve also Spent Thanksgiving on the property as well, which was incredibly peaceful and welcomed change of pace. We will absolutely be returning.

"I can’t say enough good things about this rental! The convenience of being on the first floor, right by the pool and close to the beach and hot tub is awesome! This place had everything you needed and then some. When dining out you’re already in a great location whether you want to stay in perido, go to orange beach, or run into Pensacola, you’re in the perfect location. Highly recommend renting this unit! We’ve stayed here twice now.

"Our stay in condo 136 in Nov 2021 was perfect! Walk right out to the pool and onto the beach! View is spectacular from condo. The weather in Nov was great. Loved exploring Johnson Beach and downtown Pensacola. Many great restaurants close to condo. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Beds slept great !

Girls Trip!

"We planned a girls trip, and found this condo. It was the perfect spot! Plenty of room for us girls and the cutest “beachy” theme. We had plenty of things that the owner included in the kitchen, as well as access to laundry when we needed it. This condo is just steps from the beach when we wanted to come in for a quick lunch. We will be booking this condo again for our next girls trip!

"Book it now! I can’t say enough good things about our experience here. Quiet and peaceful location. Near lots of yummy food and Publix is super close. Your blood pressure will drop the minute you open the door to the room and see the beach view. Right by the pool. Secure gated access and easy parking right by the unit. The unit had everything you expect with some extra conveniences. Beds very comfy and unit was clean and well cared for. I will be hoping for many more trips to Sandy Key and will definitely stay in this unit!!!
