You don't want to miss the awesome Gulf view, whether you are enjoying it from your balcony, or just sitting back relaxing in the living room watching the Smart TV! With quick and easy access to the beach and pool, this would make a great vacation spot for your family or just a friends get-away! Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, including utensils and cookware, everything to make a home cooked meal or your favorite local seafood, as well as a dining room that seats 6 at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a TV, access to the units private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom that has a newly remodeled tile stand up shower. In the guest bedroom, there are 2 queen beds for additional guests/family. The spacious guest bathroom, with a tiled shower/tub combo, is right outside the guest bedroom. Condo has Smart TVs throughout. All units have a full size washer and dryer, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. Please no smoking on property or pets. "We've only missed vacationing at Sandy Key a handful of times in the past 40yrs. This unit was the cleanest we've stayed in and they've all been clean! Kitchen was very well stocked, seating was great in dining, living and patio. Beds were so comfortable. This unit is super quiet. Sandy Key staff is so friendly, helpful, and working hard to keep every clean . After hours check-in/out super easy. One elevator in the building was down all week which was inconvenient, esp when bad knees can't do stairs. Saw multiple huge stingrays. Heard they were migrating, not sure since we've never seen this many this time of year before. Highly recommend the cinnamon rolls sold daily from the little trailer close to the roundabout (Roling Pin? She sells out by 10am most days). Perdido Key Oyster Bar, Jellyfish (amazing sushi), and Perdido Bay Seafood (under the bridge) for fresh seafood were all amazing as usual. Mother nature gave us 3 days of 2X red flag, so more time in pool than would like. 1 pool was shut down for most of a day but back up and going the next morning. See you next year Sandy Key!

Great beach trip!

"This was our first time at Sandy Key. Unit was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool was also very clean and convenient. We had one minor issue with the AC unit, but maintenance was there within a few minutes and had it taken care of quickly. Front desk staff was polite and helpful.

Perfect fit for our larger family

"This was our second time visiting Perdido Key and our first in this unit. We have four kids and were so grateful to have two queen size beds in their room verses full size (believe me, it makes a difference!). Also appreciated a full size washer and dryer that we used several times throughout our stay. We love the amenities and the size of Sandy Key and will definitely be back!

Great family trip

"This unit was perfect for our family of 5. My kids loved the beach and pool. We loved the spacious patio. This is also a great location. The beach isn’t too crowded, and we can easily drive to Johnson beach or restaurants and stores nearby.

Minor issues

"A better information package on items being used. AC patio doors must be closed tight. There is signage but not a highly visible area. TV use was a little complicated. Better instructions. Staff is awesome. Unit was really nice. We have been staying here for nearly 20 years. Will stay again.

Retirement Vacation

"This condo was clean and accommodated our every need. The Sandy Key staff was very nice and on sight when we needed anything, which wasn't much. They are always working around the property to keep it clean and maintained. The other guests were all so friendly; watching the men at the community charcoal grill was fun every evening. A lot of friendships were created I'm sure. We will be back ;)
