**Updated** Spacious and bright condo with new flooring recently installed throughout is located on the east end of the 5th floor offering a full view of the Gulf and gorgeous sunsets. With luxury seating on the beachfront balcony, including a sofa and cushioned chairs, it's the perfect place to start and end your day, taking in all the sights and sounds of the Gulf waters, it never disappoints. Relax in the living area with comfortable seating including a full size couch and love seat and easy chair. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals with an abundant amount of cookware and bakeware, if it's seafood your family/friends are looking for, there is a local seafood market close by to pick some up or visit one of our grocery stores near by. There is a beautiful dining table with seating for 6 people comfortably in addition to 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar. In the spacious waterfront master bedroom, with it's own entrance to the balcony, there is a king size bed and TV with an adjoining bathroom featuring a remodeled, full size stand-up tiled shower with a built-in shower bench as well. The middle bedroom has two double beds with its own balcony overlooking over the Gulf. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom offers spacious closets, TVs, DVD players and WIFI throughout the unit. Between the guest bedrooms is a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combo, along with the laundry area equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The Sandy Key complex offers 2 pools (one heated during non-peak season), a hot tub, full size tennis & pickleball court, well maintained grills and picnic area, and beautiful landscaping inside a gated community. This unit is great for families, a couples getaway, or guys/girls trip to the beach. Cable TV and Wi-Fi is provided in every condo. Please no smoking or pets on property.

"Wonderful property, the unit was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and seeing the dolphins swim by.

"This condo was perfect for our family! Great Mother’s Day weekend spent with our 3 adult daughters and their spouses. Beautifully decorated. Best balcony furniture I’ve ever seen! The Blue Angels even flew by on Saturday afternoon! We had an issue with the door knob/locks and it was taken care of immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

"This unit is beautifully updated, has all of the amenities, and fit our family comfortably! The layout with three bedrooms was great, the condo was very clean and well-equipped, and the balcony is private and very comfortable with great furniture. The decor gives beach vibes and adds a wonderful element to enjoy a week on the beach. Sandy Key Condominiums was great to work with and is very responsive to questions!

"This is my second time in 3 months to rent this unit. Very clean. Very well equipped. Quiet!! A nice large balcony and so relaxing. I wish other guests in other units adhered to the “no smoking “ rule. One morning it ran us off the balcony. That was the only negative. Still a beautiful place.

"This is the nicest unit we've rented in 20+ years of coming to Sandy Key. It is so beautifully decorated all the way through. The master bath updates are so smart! We loved the double sinks and all the storage spaces in the cabinets. The best feature was the patio furniture. By far the best utilization of the patio space in the most comfortable way. The kitchen had just about anything we needed and was well stocked with plenty of dishes - both adult and kid friendly ones. This will be our first pick for all future Sandy Key stays!

"Perdido Key is a hidden gem and has quickly become our favorite beach. Sandy Key is perfect for our group of 6 ladies. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen and no place is closer to the beach. TV in front bedroom wouldn’t work, but we survived. Not very big balcony and VERY quiet property. We’ll be back.

"The condo was neat and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped which was nice for nights we chose to cook. The master bath and shower was very large and spacious. Our family loves Sandy Key. I highly doubt we will ever stay anywhere else. This was our seventh year!
