Unit 726 will not disappoint with its NEWLY REMODELED master bathroom! There is a double sink vanity with ample counter space for your personal amenities and a gorgeous remodeled, full-size, stand-up shower! Located on the 7th floor of Tower 2, your view of the Gulf is endless. There is a TV and king size bed in the master bedroom with sliding glass door that leads to the unit's private balcony where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf waters. In the guest bedroom, there are two queen beds, with new carpet in both bedrooms as well. Outside the guest bedroom is the hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a laundry area in the hall. Don't want to eat out? No problem, with an abundant amount of cookware and bakeware to prepare those home-cooked meals, everyone can enjoy around the kitchen table with seating for 6, and 3 more at the breakfast bar. Skip all the hustle and bustle, stay in and relax in the living area, either watching TV on the Smart TV, playing some board games the owner has supplied, or just enjoy the spectacular view. On the private balcony there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the Gulf view, maybe even see dolphins playing in the water! Shopping is just a few minutes down the road, as well as many restaurants to try, from seafood to our locally owned pizzeria, the area has much to offer! Or just stay and take advantage of the amenities on property with a Pickleball/Tennis Court, 2 pools (one heated year round), hot tub, fitness center, and of course our 800 ft of private beach! There are also grills between towers for guests to use for your grilled meals. All units include cable, Wi-Fi, and full size washer and dryer. "Christina in the office helped me so much to find the perfect place to celebrate my birthday week. The condo is lovely. I was able to enjoy beautiful weather and views off the balcony were spectacular. I have been coming to Sandy Key since 2007. The entire staff is always helpful to me. It is my happy place. "We love Pensacola. This was our first stay at Sandy Key Condos and we just loved it! Our condo, 726, was very nice! It had everything we needed. We cooked a couple nights and found everything required right in the kitchen! The beds were very comfortable too. We loved that we had our own washer and dryer and the elevator and trash drop was so conveniently located! The beach was just wonderful and the pool too. It was a nice family stay with extended family members. We couldn't ask for a better location and the office representatives were very helpful both online before we arrived and while we were there. Thanks so much for a great vacation stay.

"We have been coming to Sandy Key every year since 2018. All the units we have stayed in have been nice, but I think this was the best one yet. We loved the decor & the furnishings. No complaints about the unit at all. My only complaint is that I could not enjoy the hot tub due to it being full of kids (not teenagers), which I thought was not allowed, and have not been able to enjoy the beach for the last few years due to the chairs changing from sturdy lounges to narrow, uncomfortable wooden chairs. Big people like to enjoy the beach also. Still a pleasant experience overall, we will be back again next year.
